Filing a complaint against a
loan officer is simple.

will be launched. You will be updated on the investigation.

On the form, in the section for details, you may ask us for our opinion on whether your complaint is a valid complaint or not. If you do this, a CLA panel member will review the complaint and report back to you their opinion on its validity.
